A lot of times we encounter high EMF readings while conducting paranormal investigations. Sometimes the spikes and fluctuations can be traced back to a logical source such as electronics or wiring other times, not. Base readings done at the start of an investigation can help investigators pinpoint any unusual spikes detected during the actual investigation.
When a client or witnesses of paranormal activity talks about feeling fatigued, nauseated, having headaches, and feeling uneasy or paranoid, always check the location in question for high EMFs to debunk the claims.
Once the base reading is complete, and any natural occurring fluctuations are noted, investigators are able to debunk claims of paranormal activity resulting from electromagnetic hypersensitivity. These symptoms include headaches, nausea, paranoia, insomnia, brain fog, skin rashes, and hallucinations, which are often thought to be paranormal in nature by the client or witness. If the space is flat and there are no fluctuations in the reading, it still may not be paranormal, but definitely, throws it into the unknown zone and further investigating is required.
Encountering unusual spikes while investigating can point toward the presence of an entity when the reading can’t be traced to a natural occurrence and it is believed by paranormal investigators that ghost or spirits can manipulate equipment used to detect high EMF’s, making it possible to use this method as a form of communication by asking the entity or entities present to respond by raising the numbers on the EMF detector for Yes and not raising the numbers for No. K11 Meters use different colored lights to show the intensity off the electromagnetic field. This piece of equipment is highly favored in the paranormal field for communication with ghost or spirits using Yes and No questions.
So, how exactly does this work? Magnetic field readings registering 1.0 mG and above suggest a high EMF field that can cause a sensitive person to experience symptoms of electromagnetic hypersensitivity. It’s really important to rule this out as a possible explanation for the occurring activity and can easily be remedied by making repairs or replacing faulty wiring, electrical outlets, or appliances. Anyone experiencing symptoms can be moved to a different location in the home or business to lessen the exposure and experiences from EMF poisoning.

One of the theories amongst paranormal investigators is that a ghost, or spirit has the ability to emit EMF or manipulate existing EMF and can be registered and tracked by EMF Detectors in order to document evidence of their existence. My question would have to be........"Are ghost and spirits attracted to a location with natural occurring high EMF?"
