First and foremost, you must understand that using the Ouija board or talking board as it is sometimes referred to, usually results in contacting lower-level entities. It's like living in the worst area imaginable and opening your doors and windows to whatever is passing through at the time. Often times, these spirits or entities will remain in the location way after the game has ended and result in a haunting.
Demons and interdimensional beings have been reported to haunt properties where there was previous use of Ouija boards. These entities can attach to individuals visiting the location and follow them throughout their lifetime. They may also come and go through the portal or doorway that was left open on the property. Demonic hauntings are way more dangerous and should be considered in any case involving a client or a member of the client's household or business conducting spirit board communication sessions.
After conducting numerous investigations in private homes and businesses I can honestly say that the most common factor that comes into play would have to be Ouija Boards. Each time you play this supposedly innocent Parker Brothers game, you open doorways to the spirit realm which allows entities to come and go at will. These entryways have to be closed after each session. Protecting yourself and your surroundings during the talking board sessions is key to having a successful session. Knowing how to end a session correctly will close any openings and keep these entities from returning.
How to open and close a communication session using a Ouija board is based on the individual conducting the sessions preferences. It's all about ritual at this point and the method chosen can be simple but having faith in the process is required to ensure your method of choice is going to work. In other words, you must believe the process you choose.
It's also recommended for the people conducting the session to be in good health mentally, physically, and spiritually. Spirit attachment is more likely to occur when the aura is damaged or weakened. Drugs and alcohol used prior to or during a session can also lead to a spirit attaching to a participant. It may also play a role in the type of entities that come through.
So, even though I don't recommend this method of spirit communication, it can be done in a safe and controlled environment. My advice would be to do the research before attempting this in your own home or business. Make sure you're opening and closing the session correctly and that you're in good health.
